Hello!

Thank you so much for uploading this video. I've always wanted to be there.Seeing this video somehow made me see what I missed. It is such a great joy seeing Jehovah's Witnesses from around the world gather for one great purpose--hearing Jehovah's words.

Thank you

Dan - So you work for a chaebol? LOL! I love Korean culture. How much bulgogi do you think you've eaten since you've been in Seoul? We have a nice size Korean population here in Houston and this huge Super H Korean market. We also have one Korean congregation here. I've visited there only once but I really want to see Korea for myself. One day...one day for sure. Well enjoy the rest of your time in Seoul. But if you decide to make the leap, I'm sure Jehovah will help you stick the landing! An yong!

Hi Dan,
My dad lives in British Columbia. He sent me a link saying something about the Seoul Convention blah blah blah... so I when I opened it up I decided to look at the person who made the homepage. It was really wierd because I was looking at the pics of the Bahamas trying to figure out where I knew you from, and why you looked sooooo familiar. Anyways, after looking at the pics I decided to read your profile and THEN it all made sense - you are Dan from Seoul. :-) Anyways, I'm Darci from Suwon...or previously from Suwon. I left after three years in October and am now on my way to Northern Mexico to start a congregation there with six other people. I loved my time in Korea, but I really wanted to do something else. During my time in Korea I bought an RV that I stayed in everytime I went back to North America to visit. I initially downsized from a four bedroom house, to a two bedroom condo, to finally the RV. Couldn't be happier and now that is what I am taking down to live in. Gives me mobility and some of the luxuries I enjoy. Also I took a teaching job online so am doing that as I drive down now. I notice on your blog that you ponder the question a lot about "where is home?" I don't ponder that anymore as I have been out of BC for the last ten years - first in Thailand, then Taiwan, and finally Korea - but now I have a feeling Mexico and central America will be the longterm destination. After being on the road for so long, being in one place seems impossible - just too many things to see and do, especially in Jehovah's organization. Anyway, if you ever get down to Mexico - am starting off in Hermosillo, and WHO KNOWS where from there :-) make sure you come and visit. Also, please say hi to Daryl. ...good friends everywhere, one of the best perks of working and living and serving abroad. ...would have written all this in an email but didn't have one for you...

Take good care,
Darci

Hi Dan

My dear brother thanks so much in your effort to share these encouraging photos with the friends.

I was too late to get an oppurtunity to view it myself, but I can view it at the home of the sister that sent the email to me. Continue your efforts. They are appreciated.

By the by...I am called book bag lady. I design mini refrigerator bk bg magnets. They come in a variety of colors. They are $5. Please send me your address via my email and I will immediately forward you one as a gift. Color preference..let me know or it will be blk. I am in Sacramento, CA. Arden congregation. I was baptised in 1976 so I aint no spring chicken. I'm disabled, and I limp, but still have a good, strong pulse in order to continue my, although limited, service to Jehovah.

Agape Love,
Helen

This video really brought tears to my eyes and made me so proud of being in Jehovah's organization. What a blessing it is to be a part of such a loving organization. Agape love all the way from Columbus, Georgia =)

Trashell - I work for an American company with a partner company here in Seoul. I've thoroughly enjoyed it, but it looks like it will be coming to an end here in in the next six months or so. I love the friends here and will definitely have mixed feelings when I leave, unless I decide to make a big leap and find some way to stay. :-)
